FindYourFooting™ was founded with the goal of becoming a primary destination for easily finding information during times of transition. Transition comes in a variety of forms:  job loss, divorce, widowed or re-entry into the workforce.  Our commitment to our community is to provide relevant and current information to begin a transition, and to serve as a portal to the many available resources on the Internet.  We understand that people’s time is valuable and difficult situations can appear daunting.  We are here to facilitate and help.

Founders Silvia Chang and Octavio Espinosa know first-hand how challenging and time consuming finding information is during a transition. Affected by corporate downsizing, securing relevant and timely information to get back on our feet was paramount to our success.  Having been through this process, we would like to share key categories of information and resources that allowed us to ease our respective transitions.
